Paypal.com is a famous and world leading service which helps you to send or recieve money through internet.Its very easy to sign up in paypal u just need to give your Name,account no. and PAN card etc. And u must be above 18 years to join in paypal.So if anyone ask me which is the best way to send or recieve money easily? Then i would prefer its PAYPAL
